 Terms and Conditions
Changes to Terms and Rates: EHN may change any terms, condition, rates, fees, expenses, or charges regarding the device and service at any time. We will provide the customer with notice of such changes. IF EHN increases the price of any service to which the customer signed under the Network Agreement, EHN will disclose the change at least sixty (60) days in advance (through a notice to the billing address of record) and the customer may terminate the Agreement without paying an early termination fee, providing the customer provides EHN a written notice of termination that is delivered to EHN within thirty (30) days after the notice reflecting the change.

If the Alz Guard device is lost or stolen, the customer will be responsible for all network charges incurred on the network agreement until the customer reports the theft or loss to EHN. After a report is filed, EHN will suspend the network fees until a replacement device is provided to the customer up to a maximum of thirty (30) days. The customer is responsible for paying for a replacement device, including the activation fee, and for all shipping/handling charges. If a replacement product is not requested within thirty (30) days, and the customer requests cancellation of the network, the “Early Termination” Terms and Conditions would apply.

YES. After the contract “Service Agreement Commitment” term expires, the contract will renew on a “month-to-month” basis until either party give notice pursuant to termination provisions. The customer would be charged the month-to-monthly network charges until otherwise notified. EHN will provide notification to the customer thirty (30) days in advance if the contract expiration.
