What happens if the Alz Guard is lost or stolen?
If the Alz Guard device is lost or stolen, the customer will be responsible for all network charges incurred on the network agreement until the customer reports the theft or loss to EHN. After a report is filed, EHN will suspend the network fees until a replacement device is provided to the customer up to a maximum of thirty (30) days. The customer is responsible for paying for a replacement device, including the activation fee, and for all shipping/handling charges. If a replacement product is not requested within thirty (30) days, and the customer requests cancellation of the network, the “Early Termination” Terms and Conditions would apply.
